Moonfish

Moonfish is a seafood with less crispy meat. Except for human consumption, people often use them as live bait for longline fishing, fish meals, and cat food. Its taste is relatively poor, so the price is cheaper and very suitable for BBQ. Fishmen mainly catch them in the South China Sea and the East China Sea, and the South China Sea has more production. Its fishing season is from March to May.

Generally, we pack them in woven bags or cartons according to our customer's requirements.
