Standardized Processing Flow

From raw material acceptance to reefer loading, every step follows a stable workflow.

Step 1: Raw material acceptance The purchased mackerel raw materials must be frozen and processed on the same day.

Step 2: Grading by specification The fish are sorted according to size and weight. After grading, the fish are pre-cooled to below 4°C to stabilize the internal temperature before processing.

Step 3: Cleaning The processed fish is rinsed with running water and the surface of the fish is thoroughly cleaned.

Step 4: Quick freezing (IQF) Using independent quick freezing technology, each fish or fish fillet is quickly frozen to ensure that the core temperature is below -18°C within 2 hours. This effectively locks in the taste, flavor and freshness of the fish.

Step 5: Even glazing The product is immersed in ice water <4°C to achieve even glazing.

Step 6: Refrigeration and refrigerated container loading The packaged finished products are stored in a cold storage below -18°C, with a temperature fluctuation of no more than 3°C. The refrigerator must be cleaned before loading, kept sanitary and clean, pre-cooled in advance to ensure that the food is not contaminated, and the temperature is controlled below -18°C.

What is your MOQ? Our Minimum Order Quantity is 1x 40'HR FCL, loading approximately 23-28 tons depending on product specifications.

Can you provide custom packing? Yes. We offer customized carton printing and polybag designs to meet your brand requirements. Lead time is generally 15-30 days after packaging design confirmation.

What is your payment Terms? We accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer): 50% deposit in advance, and the 50% balance against the scan copy of shipping documents (B/L, Invoice, Packing List, Health Certificate).

Do you support inspections for Africa shipments? Yes. We provide internal QC reports for every loading. We also fully support SGS, BV, or GOEIC inspections as per customer and destination country requirements.

What shipping documents do you provide? We provide a full set of professional documents: Bill of Lading (B/L), Health Certificate, Certificate of Origin (CO), Commercial Invoice, and Packing List to ensure smooth customs clearance.
